POLICE have confirmed that a body found in the River Taff was missing 22-year-old Brooke Morris.
Brooke disappeared after being given a lift home from Merthyr Tydfil town centre, South Wales on Saturday morning.

Who was Brooke Morris and what happened to her?
She was given a lift home by friends after a night out on Saturday 12.
She was believed to have walked towards a bridge which goes over the river near her home, prompting a huge search operation in and around local waterways and woods this week.
Brooke was described as "one loved girl" by people who joined the hunt for her - after she was last seen at 2.40am on Saturday after a night out in her hometown.
The young woman was described as 5ft 3ins, with a slight build and long dark hair, and was last seen wearing jeans and a red long-sleeve top.

Her rugby team, Nelson RFC, shared several appeals on social media for information about her whereabouts.
The Welsh Rugby Union and former international and BBC commentator Jonathan Davies also shared appeals to find her.
More than 100 volunteeers - including friends, neighbours and her rugby teammates joined cops, firefighters and mountain rescue experts to look for her.
Police previously said they believed the women's rugby player never entered her house after being dropped nearby.
In an update this afternoon, South Wales Police said: "Officers carrying out searches of rivers and waterways near Trelewis sadly located the body of a woman in a stretch of the River Taff this afternoon.
"Formal identification has not yet taken place, but Brooke's family have been informed and continue to be supported by officers."
