EIGHTY years after the launch of white chocolate experts have unveiled a fourth version of the treat.
Ruby chocolate - which is naturally pink - has been launched to change the way people think about confectionery.

What is Ruby chocolate and what does it taste like?
Ruby chocolate was first unveiled in China by the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate products.
It is made from the Ruby cocoa bean which has an intense fruity taste and characteristic pinkish colour.
The pink hue comes after the beans have gone through a unique process to unlock flavour and colour tones.
The distinctive cocoa beans are grown across the world including the Ivory Coast, Ecuador and Brazil.

Its invention is the work of researchers from choc giant Barry Callebaut, based in France and Belgium .
The "fourth type in chocolate" offers a totally new taste experience, which is not bitter, milky or sweet.
Those behind its launch say it is has a combination of "berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness."
To create the Ruby chocolate no berries, berry flavour or colour are added to the recipe.

What do the experts say about Ruby chocolate?
Instagram food guru Sarah Phillips predicts the chocolate will become an instant craze with cooks when it arrives.
She said, however, its popularity depends on how it performs technically for moulding and chocolate work.
“It’s fun, it looks beautiful and I think it will be a big hit,” said Phillips.
“There’s a real appetite for colourful foods now, everybody’s into rainbow smoothies and cakes on Instagram.
"It’s a huge trend that’s only been getting bigger over this year.
“If they can definitely prove this is all-natural colouring - and if it definitely tastes nice - then I think it will be really popular.”
