A FORMER McDonald’s employee has revealed what it was really like to work at the fast-food chain.
Ash took to social media to talk about the types of customers the restaurants regularly have to deal with.
The former employee, who goes by the name of ashleighswurld on TikTok, revealed four different types of people in an acted out video for her followers.
In one example, she acts out a conversation between her and a customer at McDonald's.
She first starts off by saying: “Hi, what can I get for you?”
Ash then acts out the customer's response by saying: “Hi, would I be able to just get a latte?”

She replies: “Yeah of course, that shouldn’t take long.”
Ash, who is pretending to be the customer, says: “Ok so this is not a Chai latte.”
The former employee replies: “No it's not, it’s just a latte.”
To which the pretend customer replies: “I wanted a Chai latte.”

Ash, who is then acting like the employee, says: “You ordered a latte, sorry for next time I will make sure that I am much better at reading your mind.”
Ash also gave another example of a conversation between a previous customer and employee which goes as follows;
Customer: “I ordered a ten nugget meal and I didn’t get any sauce with it. I ordered two sweet and sour sauces.”
Employee: “Oh well I just packed that order and I am 99% sure that I just put the sauces in there.”
No, no, no, no I don’t want the excuses, I just want my sauce.
McDonald's customerCustomer: “No, no, no, no I don’t want the excuses, I just want my sauce.”
Employee: “OK, well if you let me finish the sauces should be underneath your fries there you just might want to have a look.
"If not, I’m happy to resolve the issue.”
Customer: “OK yeah they are in there, maybe put it on top next time?”
Employee: “No worries, have a nice day.”
