GRIMBY’S “Queen of Sex” has allegedly been revealed as a 40-year-old gran-of-five who is said to have been a £100-an-hour call girl.

Twice-married "Dion" is believed to have rejected her strict religious upbringing and now owns an adult-only massage parlour in the town.

The Geordie was named as the owner of Top Notch Massage, an unassuming terraced house exposed as a sex den, by Grimsby Live last August.

Business there is said to be busier than ever and Dion has now been linked to a brand-new parlour known as Desire Massage, to help meet demand.

Dion described herself as a Hull-based escort "who loves to please" on an online profile last active a year ago.

"Hi I’m Dion a blonde Geordie," reads the profile, "a sexy 39 yr old with long blonde hair, green eyed very tanned and toned size 8/10 with an enhanced gg bust".

"First class" at sex, her profile offers 26 different sexual services including domination, exhibitionism and sex parties.

Flaunting herself in leotards, strappy dresses and even just knickers, she promises to meet any fetish - for a price.

It cost £100 an hour to book the "very outgoing and bubbly" prostitute who brazenly bears her surgically-enhanced, bare breasts in the online snaps.

Dion's early life makes her promiscuous antics as a prostitute and later brothel owner particularly unexpected.

'FIRST CLASS'

Brought up in a strictly religious household, she dramatically abandoned her faith aged 16 in favour of a life in the sex industry, studiously working her way to the top of Grimsby's sex underworld.

Brought up in Newcastle, family sources told Grimsby Live her upbringing was extremely disciplined.

One of five children, she left the North-east after recanting her religion and zig zagged across the country, finally arriving in Hull where she turned to prostitution.

One of her punters, now a married businessman, revealed he first encountered Dion under the sheets three years ago.

She moved to Grimsby and away from the physical side of the industry a year later, he said, to fulfil the dream of owning her own establishment.

Inspiration came from a friend in Hull who made a living running a brothel in the city.

Hoping to build a smart, clean, high-class establishment, Dion wanted her Grimsby parlour to grow into Humberside's best.

Dion got things going with her opulently-decorated terrace den operating largely unnoticed until the lid was lifted.

An anonymous parlour visitor described life-long working girl Dion as "outgoing" and a "shrewd operator" who used her experience to build Top Notch into one of the region's busiest, cleanest and best parlours.

But others who spoke to Grimsby Live were much less complimentary about the sex boss.

One source, who worked with Dion, said the "very feisty" businesswoman would always get her own way.

"She appears to be nice but she's very manipulative," said the source. "It is her way or no way."

The source said: "She loves money.

"She always splashed out at Christmas and had a taste for the finer things in life."

Her work sounds highly lucrative, with her business building since her arrival in Grimsby.

Dion drives a flash Audi and most recently lived in a large detached house in a smart suburb of Grimsby with her second husband.

She is said to tell people she manages a care home.

'VERY FEISTY' BUSINESSWOMAN

She also has an eye for a low cost bargain to help boost revenue. A regular visitor to B&M, she would reportedly stock up on bargain mirrors, wipes and cleaning products.

It is a big task for Dion. Forced to balance grandma duties with the demands of a renowned and growing sex business, sources said she would ask family and friends to man the phones and clean up.

The hard work would be carried out by as many as eight women on her books.

Top Notch's online catalogue of saucy snaps showed girls in their 20s and 30s, wearing lingerie, holding sex toys and adopting a range of provocative positions.

Men in suits and ties on their lunch break, a blind man and even pensioners with blue parking badges are among Top Notch's diverse clientele.

It was not long before Top Notch started to arouse suspicion from the public.

Groans from open windows, bondage suits on the washing line and a parade of men at all hours attracted attention - and eventually exposed Grimsby's sex den, hiding in plain sight.

'SHE LOVES MONEY'

It started as a quiet, discreet enterprise, but as its troop of brassy women gained in confidence and demand from punters boomed, Dion's kinky terrace HQ could no longer escape notice.

Laughter from neighbours soon turned to anguish as the business became more established and a magnet for men looking for sexual services.

The legal situation surrounding prostitution in the UK can be confusing.

Prostitution in itself is legal, when it comes to the simple act of exchanging sexual activities for money.

But many of the activities that surround prostitution are illegal, such as soliciting sex on the street, running a brothel and pimping.

Six months on, Top Notch is busier than ever and the Geordie appears to be busily expanding her empire.

The grandma was recently spotted, paintbrush in hand, decorating the outside of Playgirls Massage.

Outside, swanky black billboards plastered with "Desire Massage", directions to the "entrance to rear" and contact details appeared overnight.

Its website is not yet active and its phone line unavailable, but a worker at the premises told us: "It's alright here. We're looked after."

Grimsby Live spoke to Dion, who offered a range of contradictory explanations when asked about her activities.
