A PERVERT in a suit has been caught on a car’s dashcam taking secret upskirt photos of a businesswoman.
The startling incident was recorded on the dashboard camera of a car in a multi-storey car park in the Tai Seng area of the city-state of Singapore.
In the video, two men and a woman, all formally dressed, can be seen walking through the car park when the man walking behind the woman begins lowering his mobile phone.

Visitors and staff were left gutted after Rhyl SeaQuarium in Denbighshire, Wales, announced that it would be closing its doors.
The popular attraction was established in Rhyl for more than 30 years before it's closure.

A WOMAN has died after being hit by a car outside Lidl as she crossed the road.
The 37-year-old was walking across Grampian Way in Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire, when the collision happened at around 7.50pm on Monday.
Emergency services attended and the woman was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the black Fiat Panda was not injured.
Police are appealing for information about the incident in East Dunbartonshire.

In the second fatal crash on the motorway in two days, the driver of the car was killed yesterday morning after the lorry veered across onto the opposite side of the road.
