CHELSEA Embankment has been closed after an unexploded World War Two 2 bomb was found on a building site. The street was cordoned off between Chelsea Bridge and Royal Hospital Road after the device was discovered by engineers working on the Tideway Project site this morning. Emergency services are at the scene as congestion also stretches to Chelsea Bridge, Chelsea Bridge Road, Albert Bridge and Battersea Bridge.
